GHK-CU: ANALYTICAL
BIO-OPTIMIZATION

An evidence-aware review of published peptide research. Study findings are separated from product-specific claims, and GHK-Cu is used here as a scientific term—not as a claim of exclusive ownership.

Study Design Snapshot Cited 2025 Paper

Counts and duration are shown only as a protocol snapshot: 31 participants, seven peptide components, 56 days and one uncontrolled clinical arm.

Reported 56-Day Outcomes Within-Participant Change

Absolute percentages reported for the tested seven-peptide–silybin cream. These results do not establish efficacy for GHK-Cu or any catalogue item on this site.

What the cited study actually examined

Zhang and colleagues evaluated a cosmetic cream combining seven peptide ingredients with silybin. The work included cultured human skin cells, UV-damaged human skin explants and a 56-day clinical evaluation in 31 women aged 32–59 who applied the cream twice daily.

Reported findings

The authors reported changes in extracellular-matrix markers in cell and explant models and within-participant improvements after 56 days in measured elasticity, firmness, dermal density, pores and several wrinkle parameters.

Important limits

The clinical arm was small, female-only and lacked a placebo or vehicle control. All authors were employees of the company that provided the cream. The formulation did not contain GHK-Cu, so its results cannot substantiate GHK-Cu products or treatment claims.
